Emily vs Juliet: Who is older?

Note: Emily is the main character from Tim Burton's Corpse Birde. Juliet is a fan character who happens to be Emily's sister.

Both girls are dead. Who would be considered older? Well...

When Emily was born, Juliet was already 4 years old. Juliet was killed (by a runaway carriage) when she was 15 and Emily was killed when she was 19 (really, it isn't specified but anyway).

Who is older? Juliet, who was born before Emily but lived a shorter life? Or Emily, who was born after Juliet but lived a longer life?
